I got a few tips from a fellow victim of the Champions Movers (Fremont, CA) - ASAP Relocation (San Jose, CA) moving scam. Champions, aside from giving you low ball quotes, ratcheting up your final price thousands of dollars, breaking all your stuff, holding your stuff hostage, being as professional as Hitler to the Jews, and other assorted crimes, they are also notorious for being late- VERY LATE- delivering your stuff, especially when you move from one state to another.
One of my loyal readers has e-mailed me these tips. If Champions Movers is late delivering your goods you are LEGALLY ENTITLED to the discounts and credits listed below. Champions Movers will likely threaten you, at which point, I would immediately contact a lawyer or your local police department.
1. The Federal Highway Administration states: “If the mover fails to
pick up and deliver your shipment on the dates entered on the bill of
lading and you have expenses you otherwise would not have had, you may
be able to recover those expenses from the mover.”
2. The California Moving and Storage Association (CMSA)states : “If pickup is
not made on the agreed date and delivery within two (2) days of the
agreed date, the carrier must pay you $100 per day for each and every
day of delay. This is in addition to any other claim you make.”

Today, Hillary Clinton supporters in Michigan and Florida began their hunger strike today. The hunger strike is a result of the upcoming DNC meeting to decide the fate of the Michigan and Florida delegates who were stripped after they were incapable of FOLLOWING THE MOTHER FUCKING RULES signed by both candidates before the primaries.
One Florida Hillary supporter, Hazel Claptrap, age 97, told our reporter that “Hillary is going to win. I know she will. I sawed it on the television monitor. And just because I’m an old senile fuck whose drunk of Jack Daniels all the time doesn’t mean my vote shouldn’t count”.
A Hillary supporter in Michigan, John Dickface, expressed similar sentiments, by saying “so what if Obama wasn’t on the ballot? Huh! So fucking what? It’s his fault for not being on the ballot. It’s his fault he got zero votes so he can eat a dick. A big Bill Clinton dick. I hate black people”.
Clinton supporters, too stupid to fucking add, vow to continue the fight through June, July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February… well into the next President’s first term- whoever it may be- but certainly not her. Clinton supporters cite numerous reasons to be optimistic that their girl Hillary will win the nomination, including but not limited to, magic, prayer, and dieting.
This reporter of course recognizes the lunacy of these supposed rationalizations, and the transparent batshit insanity of all remaining Hillary Clinton supporters. And so we go, headed into the DNC’s meeting this weekend with Hillary supporters across Florida and Michigan starving themselves of all nourishment.
We can only hope they all starve to death.

The same person even sent me a personal message on Yelp to thank me:
“I was considering using this company, until I read your review. THANKS!!!!!!”
I also had an e-mail today from someone else in San Jose who read my yelp review and said:
“I have read your review of Champion movers, Thank you, I almost got sucked into their scam. Keep up the good work”
